Most of our members who competed at the 2021 South African Duathlon Championships were selected into the TSA National Team to compete at the 2022 World Championships.
The Sprint and Standard Distance Duathlon World Championships will be held, as part of the 2022 World Triathlon Multisport Championships, in Targu Mures, Romania, from 6 to 12 June 2022. The Middle-Distance Duathlon World Championships will be held at Powerman Viborg, Denmark, on 7 May 2022. The date and location for the Long-Distance Duathlon Championships have not been confirmed yet.

It should be noted that the Junior team will be selected by TSA’s High-Performance Centre. So Junjors have not been selected yet.
Senior Members who have been selected can also represent at the World Champs for a shorter distance to what they competed at SA National Champs.
