Swellendam
On Saturday, 23 November 2018, ATC and Embark each had two teams participating in the Coronation Double Century.
All four teams had a tough but great day out and finished with all 12 riders in tow to receive the Charles Milner medals. Our teams usually consist of a healthy mix of first timers and strong, experienced riders to ensure that we get everyone over the line. So, a special word of thanks must go to team captains: Darrin Hofmeyr, Michael Redington, Ed Van Den Heever, Thamsanqa Gumpo and Travys Wilkins.
Apart from the teams we managed, ATC Racing, ATC Cycling, Embark Baker’s Dozen and Embark’s 12 Apostles, ATCers were seen on the day in many other teams. We would like to send a massive thanks to our supporters on the day, without whom we will not be able to complete this ride. It is a long day for the supporters and they basically have to sacrifice their entire weekend for this.
